Q. How long does order processing take?

A. Order processing usually only takes about 1-4 business days.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. All orders are shipped via USPS using either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on how much your package weighs. Shipping times vary depending on location, however, standard shipping usually only takes 3-7 business days. *Please note that due to COVID-19, USPS has been experiencing delays*

Q. Do you accept returns/refunds?

A. At this moment, Taylor-Made Skin does not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please feel free to email me at taylor@taylor-madeskin.com, message me in the chatbox here on the website, or send me a direct message via Instagram. 

Q. Are all of your products really handmade?

A. Yes, everything from the labels to the products themselves are hand-made solely by me. I also pack every order by hand with love and care. 

Q. Do you do wholesale?

A. Yes! If you are interested in wholesale please do not hesitate to contact me via email at taylor@taylor-madeskin.com or Instagram DM @taylormadeskinllc. 

Q. What is Taylor-Made Skin?

A. Taylor-Made Skin is a black woman-owned small business that specializes in creating plant-based self-care products to make you feel comfortable in your own skin. 

Q. Who creates your Instagram content?

A. I create all of my posts!

Q: I see that you accept Sezzle at checkout. What is that?

A: Sezzle is a service that allows you to buy now and pay later. What this means is that you can buy all your Taylor-Made products, but not have to pay for them in full immediately! Sezzle will split up your total into 4 payments over 6 weeks so you can shop without breaking the bank!
